Receiving Scrip
Picking Up or Delivery of your Order

Your orders are also available for pickup at our convenient location between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 pm. All orders are delivered to your organization’s normal shipping address via FedEx or local courier. Delivery times may vary and are dependent on your proximity to our Northwest Ohio offices.  In order to guarantee our accuracy and a timely solution to mistakes the WTPSPA insists that all clients report all discrepancies within 24 hours of your order being delivered by FedEx or with 24 hours of your order being available in your locker for pickup.  For example, if you have a locker and you order before NOON on Tuesday you have until Thursday morning to report discrepancies.  The WTPSPA is not responsible for any orders lost by FedEx or delivered by the WTPSPA or FedEx and lost by or stolen from the customer.

Shipping and Locker Fees

EBE locker fee is $60 annually.  Non-EBE locker fee is $150.  FedEx ground delivery EBE rate is $10 per order.  FedEx ground delivery for Non-EBE is $20 per order.  Overnight and two day FedEx express saver rates are subject to negotiation.

Backorders

The WTPSPA may run out of a particular item.  We will "backorder" the item until it is received.  When it is received, usually within 1-2 business days,  it will be placed in your box without notice.  If, for any reason, we are unable to replenish our supplies of that item you will receive an appropriate credit.

Returning Scrip

What happens if you order scrip by mistake or want to return scrip, cancel an order (or backorder) for any other reason? It is always best for your organization to sell it.  If so, just deduct this inventory from your current order.  If you have no buyer or no need for this scrip you may return it based on the limited return policy listed below.

  • All scrip to be returned or cancelled must receive prior approval from the WTPSPA.
  • All requests must come from the non-profit organizations' coordinator.
  • Returned Scrip must be in its original state and saleable. If it is written on, stapled, expired, or has been altered in any way, this will render them non-returnable.
  • All returned electronic scrip must have their numbers documented on this “returned scrip” form and have the backs of all electronic scrip photocopied and scanned.  All paper scrip must be photocopied, scanned and added to the “returned scrip” form.  Which must be completed, scanned and e-mailed back to the WTPSPA before any of the scrip is sent back to the WTPSPA.
  • There is a 10% of face value restocking fee with a minimum charge of $10 on all returned and cancelled items.
  • Refunds for returned items will be credited to your account upon receipt of verified returned certificates and cards.  Refunds for cancelled items and orders will be credited upon your next order.
  • Scrip returned because of an error by the WTPSPA will be fully refunded.  However, scrip returned because of customer error or unavailable/closed vendor is subject to the WTPSPA's discretion/approval and payment of a restocking fee.
